Wieso "Gemüse-Kebab" und nicht einfach "Hähnchen-Kebab"? Total unintuitiv und irreführend.

One of my best memories from trip to Europe is dinner with Doner Kebab on Marienbrucke in Dresden.

I miss Civan's Imbiss, but that's probably been gone for 20 years by now

These things tripled over to Belgium in the 80ies. In the city center of Antwerp was one street with at least six doner shops. We also ate them at 4 a clock after a night in the bars. They were served with 5 or 6 different sauces that you could mix and match yourself on the meat. You can still find them everywhere in Antwerp, Brussels but also in smaller city's around the country.
