"If you want to attack A from a better position, you have to go all the way around"
Or over it with airplanes! All tank modes are mixed now, even arcade has bomber/attacker spawns. A lot of people seem to forget this fact. The more compact and locked down an area is, the easier it is to bomb, as the tanks have much more of a limited area to maneuver. Ditto for artillery. With all the buildings in the way too, aircraft have cover from any SPAA inside.
As well, on the open-ground area where defenders on A can see attackers, but attackers cannot see them: they have to scan almost the whole horizon, assuming the person is moving about through cover and not just sitting in the open. With the limited arc of fire granted by the buildings I can't really see it as being such a massive issue as you present. Additionally: knocking over trees and busting debris is a sure-fire way to telegraph where you are in Realistic and Sim, sometimes even more so than firing a shot.
I'd have liked for you to check the back and forth in that specific area using the binoculars too, not just the gun scope, so I did it myself. Checking from both positions using them reduced the haze enough to pick out enough detail where I think it's not too big of a difference between the sides.
A secondary feature of those mounds by the spawns is that they have the tank traps to prevent people from entering the spawn by climbing over the s.
The real issue I can see with this map: All the knocked out tanks. They look nice, yes. But people with a premium account can make their tank look like it's in garbage condition. This provides some actual camouflage in a pay-only way.

Good explanations. Thanks! I really like this map, especially the muddy terrain that makes life difficult.
